  • Make you run if you hate running

  • Give you a meal plan

  • Tell you to cut out any & all foods you ​love

  • Force you to do ‘before and after’ ​transformations

  • Stop you from enjoying life and social ​events

  • Disregard anything else that goes on in ​your life other than food & fitness

  • Let you stay in your comfort zone

  • Make you go to the gym

  • Overwhelm you with to many things at ​once

What I will do as a coach

​

  • Help you find an exercise routine that you ​love, filled with variety & challenges

  • Educate you on food & help you find your ​own balance of eating good nutritious food, ​prioritise protein and foods that are tasty

  • Listen to you

  • Challenge you, because you’re more capable ​than you think

  • Keep things simple

  • Teach you how to look after your mind, body ​& soul for LIFE
